Job summary

Dynamic SLR is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to guide homeowners through switching from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. You will own the sales process from initial contact to close, supported by our customer service, operations, and in-house installation teams.

You will leverage provided leads and your own outreach to educate clients on energy efficiency, present compelling proposals, and help families realize meaningful savings while increasing home value.

• Sales experience of any duration.
• Valid driver's license.

You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business.

• Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from provided leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals
• Ambitious and Resilient: Own the Sale or be Sold mentality with in-home presentations and proposals

Sales Associate Requirements:

Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

• Valid driver’s license

Sales Associate Compensation:

• Average full-time $120,000 - $200,000 yearly , with an upside of $260,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission
• Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
