Dynamic EcoHome seeks an energetic Sales Associate to guide homeowners in Corpus Christi, TX through adopting clean, cost-saving solar energy and becoming energy efficient.

You will own the sales process from initial contact to close, supported by our customer service, operations, and in-house install teams. The role offers a strong earnings potential with commissions and weekly targets, plus training, health insurance, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Any sort of sales experience accepted, regardless of duration.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through converting to solar energy and educate on energy efficiency.
• Own the sales process from acquisition to close with support from customer service, operations, and install teams.

You will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost-effective solar energy. Consultants are vital in helping interested homeowners understand the importance of being energy efficient while proactively earning their business. You must own the sales process with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close, but no worries - you will be supported by the best customer service, operations, and in-house install teams in the business.

• Relationship Building: Desire to educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient, and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and worthwhile investment to increase home value
• Pipeline Excellence: Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities at customer homes from 5-7 provided daily leads via setters/call centers and supplement with personal leads and referrals

Sales Associate Requirements

Any sort of sales experience of any duration!

• Valid driver's license

Sales Associate Compensation

• Average full-time $150,000 - $250,000 yearly, with an upside of $300,000+
• $500 weekly + aggressive commission
• Average Commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500)
