Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The typical starting salary range for this role depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive market value and opportunities for growth. Some roles may include commission and/or bonuses based on performance.

Location and Eligibility

This position is available for candidates in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, & Kentucky. Applicants must reside within these states.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the right coverage and products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid training in a remote environment, including licensing if needed.
• Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• No cold calls; all inbound warm leads.
• Work schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, typically 11am-8pm CST.
• Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications
