Job Description

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching them with appropriate products to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training, including licensing if needed.
• Training duration: 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
• Comprehensive benefits from day one.
• No cold calls; all leads are warm and inbound.
• Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
• Must have a dedicated workspace, wired internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
