Location and Eligibility

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, helping customers find suitable insurance products. You will be trained and licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance, with training lasting 16-18 weeks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in typing and PC use.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
