• Paid training includes licensing if needed, lasting 16-18 weeks
• No cold calling; all leads are incoming and warm
• Work schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid-morning start (e.g., 11 am-8 pm CST)
• Provided equipment and high-speed internet requirement
