Job summary

Schindler Group in Miami, FL seeks a MOD Sales Representative focused on modernization projects. You will identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage existing accounts to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will negotiate terms, analyze client needs and collaborate with building management to secure maintenance agreements and updates, contributing to the company’s strategic sales goals and market leadership in elevators and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience.
• Advanced communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and related tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales and customer objectives.
• Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company.
• Analyze customer needs and secure business through products and services.
• Maintain favorable client relationships and manage accounts.
• Prepare estimates and maintain customer data per procedures.
