Ziemek Dental Laboratory Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base in Katy, TX. This role focuses on acquiring new dental practice customers and guiding them through onboarding with support from our onboarding team.

We offer a base salary of $60,000 per year plus a tiered commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package. This position rewards performance and provides opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the Katy, TX area.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new dental practice clients and guiding them through the onboarding process with support from our dedicated onboarding team. This is a results-driven role with significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and tiered commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new dental practice customers in Texas.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Represent Ziemek Dental Laboratory at industry events and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong dental background, preferably with experience asdental assistant or hygienist, with additional competencies in sales.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 per year.
• Tiered commission structure:
  • $250 per new customer for the first 20 customers
  • $500 per new customer for the next 20 customers
  • $750 per new customer after 40 customers
