Farmers Insurance – The Wendy Medina in Lisle, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will follow up with provided leads, build relationships with new and existing clients, identify customer needs, and close sales to meet individual goals.

We provide paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Base salary plus commission is offered, with first-year earnings potential of $40,000–$75,000+.

Formación

• Illinois P&C license required before starting.
• Life & Health license within 60 days.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
