Lorena Lieser Agency in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our insurance sales with base salary plus commission. You’ll work with provided leads, receive paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and coachable with a competitive drive.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking or other sales roles is a plus.

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
