Job summary

United Ag & Turf is seeking a field sales representative to sell new and used agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment across a defined sales territory. You will keep current product knowledge, follow a structured sales process, and assist with customer events.

Responsibilities include equipment demonstrations, monitoring market trends, and staying informed about financing options to help customers secure purchases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
• May maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes

Purpose:

Sells new and used agricultural, compact construction, and turf equipment to new and existing customers.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience and Requirements

• One- year prior equipment sales experience.
• Knowledge of commercial equipment.
• Ability to use standard desktop load functions such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
