About the Opportunity

A global manufacturer of disposable PPE products is expanding its U.S. team and seeking a motivated Alternate Care Sales Representative to drive growth in the MidAtlantic territory.

This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on developing new business in the disposable glove business through non-acute healthcare distributors and veterinary clinics.

The ideal candidate is a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating demand for recurring-use products through distribution partners.

• Approximately 4+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B territory sales, account development or distribution sales.
• Experience selling into non-acute healthcare, veterinary practices or related healthcare distribution channels.
• Established relationships with distributors, independent dealers or relevant healthcare customers.
• Ability to prospect, develop accounts and grow revenue.
• Strong individual sales performance and evidence of professional growth.
• Comfortable working independently in an expanding U.S. organization.

Highly desirable experience

• Selling through healthcare or veterinary distributors.
• Developing new distributor accounts or expanding existing distribution relationships.
• Selling recurring-use medical products, supplies or consumables.
• Veterinary clinic, animal hospital or veterinary distribution relationships.
• Familiarity with exam gloves, PPE, infection prevention or medical supplies.
• Experience supporting distributor sales representatives and developing end-user demand.

Not required

• Surgical or operating room experience.
• Director or VP-level experience.

*Glove experience is a plus, not a requirement. The strongest candidates will understand how to reach and develop the types of end-user accounts this organization is targeting.
