Job summary

IC System is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Minnesota. This role focuses on phone-based outreach, lead follow-up, and building relationships with prospective clients to drive growth. Training is provided, and previous sales experience is not required.

You'll work with warm and cold leads, set meetings with decision-makers, and maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce. Base pay is $18-$20 per hour plus monthly commissions.

IC System is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll engage with prospective clients through phone-based outreach and lead follow-up, helping identify new business opportunities and drive business growth. You'll work with both warm and cold leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and schedule meetings with interested businesses.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone and is motivated by achieving goals. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide training and coaching to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

Location

Initial training will take place onsite at our Vadnais Heights, MN office. After training, the role requires one onsite day per month.

What You'll Do

• Contact prospective clients to generate new business opportunities for IC System.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to engage prospective clients and reconnect with former clients.
• Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely manner.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Build rapport with prospective clients while educating them on IC System's products, services, and processes.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce.
• Achieve monthly goals related to calls, appointments, and lead generation activities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Previous experience in sales, collections, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Compensation

Base pay of $18-$20 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn monthly commissions.
