Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Twin Falls is hiring Sales Representatives to help customers select the right vehicle and close sales across our new and used inventories. You will present models, explain features, and build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We offer a commission plan with a $3,500 monthly guarantee for the first six months and a comprehensive benefits package. Open availability is preferred to cover multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Automotive Sales Experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence.
• Open availability to work any day/shift.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select the vehicle that best suits their needs.
• Present and sell new and used vehicles of all makes and models.
• Explain feature benefits to customers.
• Prospect for new business and maintain regular follow-up with current clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
