Land Rover Troy is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our busy dealership. In this fast-paced role you will guide customers through vehicle shopping and purchasing, present options, and build lasting relationships.

The position offers performance-based pay and benefits, with training on models and brand programs. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership sales experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM.
• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
