Suburban Mazda of Troy is hiring Sales Representatives in Michigan. This fast-paced role focuses on guiding customers through shopping and purchasing, delivering product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in your state.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM.
• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
