Job summary

Suburban Buick GMC of Troy is hiring Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced dealership team. You will assist customers through the vehicle buying process, present products, and demonstrate vehicles while building lasting relationships.

A strong, professional communication style and a proactive approach to meeting targets are essential. With 3+ years in dealership sales, you will thrive in a performance-based environment and leverage CRM workflows to maximize follow-up and close

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership sales experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM.
• Stay informed on new models, product updates, and training programs.
