Job summary

Universal Windows Direct in Ohio is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to present in-home window solutions to homeowners. You will work with company-provided leads and preset appointments, with uncapped earning potential and a realistic path to $150K+ per year.

Training is extensive, and you can advance into management roles with travel opportunities. A top-rated sales team provides coaching and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Sales/lead generation experience is viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale.

• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
