Universal Windows Direct is expanding its Outside Sales team in the Indianapolis area. You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close deals with homeowners using our proven sales process. Comprehensive training and a warm lead flow aim to accelerate your success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation

NEED TO BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 LBS (SAMPLE WINDOWS)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
