Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home presentations and close deals with homeowners. You’ll be supported by warm leads, a structured training program, and a proven sales process designed to help you achieve high earnings.

Qualifications

• Warm leads provided daily and no cold calling required.
• Uncapped commission structure with potential to earn six figures.
• Experience in sales and customer service is favorable for success.
• Public speaking or teaching experience is a plus for presenting to homeowners.
• Strong relationship-building skills help close deals.
• Experience in home improvement or related sales can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Present in-home sales presentations to educate customers and build trust.
• Identify customer needs and tailor the UWD sales presentation to close the sale.
• Negotiate and close the sale with homeowners.
• Manage driving routes and in-home customer visits.
• Leverage trained scripts and proven processes to generate consistency.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
