Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. Earn a $5,000 training salary with unlimited earning potential, including top reps making $150K+.

You will receive pre-set, qualified appointments and participate in award-winning sales training, with growth into leadership roles. Role requires delivering in-home sales presentations, building trust with homeowners, and closing deals.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
