Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow in the home improvement market. You’ll receive a $5,000 training salary and work with pre-set, qualified appointments and hot leads for a one-call close.

You'll build trust with homeowners, identify needs, present UWD solutions, and negotiate the sale. The team provides coaching, award-winning training, and travel opportunities to help you reach top earnings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 40 lbs (sample windows).
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust with customers and educating them about products.
• Identify customer needs and utilize UWD's proven sales presentation.
• Negotiate and close the sale; travel to customer locations as required.

• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
