Job summary

Doswell Operating Group's RVA Property Managers division is seeking an experienced sales professional who understands exterior cleaning, pest control, and property maintenance. You will build relationships with owners and managers, assess service needs, and prepare accurate proposals for pressure washing and exterior cleaning services.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for pest control and repairs, coordinating with qualified teams, and maintaining CRM records and sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience in pressure washing, pest control, cleaning, property services, construction, or related trade.
• Ability to assess customer needs on site and develop accurate scopes and proposals.
• Experience selling to property managers or commercial accounts is preferred.
