Job summary

Northern Motors, part of the Doswell Operating Group, is hiring a Shop Helper to support daily operations. You’ll help run parts, assist mechanics, and keep the shop organized and safe.

The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and eager to learn. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a mechanical aptitude and a valid Virginia driver’s license. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset encouraged.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record with no DUI, DWI in the last five years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
