Doswell Operating Group, via RVA Property Managers, is seeking an experienced Pressure Washing Technician in the Richmond, VA area. You’ll perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning, assess surfaces, and choose the right methods with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on pressure washing experience is required.
• Experience in exterior cleaning or related trades is a plus.
• Ability to assess surfaces and select appropriate methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing on exterior surfaces (siding, concrete, decks, fences).
• Assess surfaces and conditions; select suitable pressure, nozzles, cleaning products and techniques.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain washers, hoses, pumps and surface cleaners.
• Prepare work areas; protect fixtures; manage runoff; follow chemical handling and safety practices.
• Document completed work and any damage; communicate findings and opportunities to the team.
• Deliver professional customer service; keep vehicle and equipment organized; complete jobs on schedule.
