Doswell Operating Group's RVA Property Managers division is seeking an experienced sales professional who understands exterior cleaning, pest control, and property maintenance. You will build relationships with owners and managers, assess service needs, and prepare accurate proposals for pressure washing and exterior cleaning services.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for pest control and repairs, coordinating with qualified teams, and maintaining CRM records and sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience in pressure washing, pest control, cleaning, property services, construction, or related trade.
• Ability to assess customer needs on site and develop accurate scopes and proposals.
• Experience selling to property managers or commercial accounts is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business and grow existing accounts with property owners, managers, and commercial customers.
• Walk properties, clarify customer needs, measure scope, and prepare timely proposals.
• Coordinate with pest control personnel when a technical assessment or approval is needed.
• Maintain organized CRM records, quote details, and sales forecasts; align with operations.
