Job description

Immediate need for a talented Sales Representative. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $40 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support & Coordination (Highest Priority): Track business opportunities (BOs), follow up on open action items, and support channel partner enablement.
• Pipeline Summaries & Reporting: Pull data from Tableau/CRM, consolidate disparate reports into focused shortlists, and prepare summary slides highlighting priority deals closing in the current cycle.
• Special Migration Projects & Onboarding: Support partner software migration initiatives (legacy software to new SaaS solutions) and coordinate onboarding materials/documentation.
• Special Pricing Requests (Lower Priority): Facilitate special pricing requests following guidance from Product Marketing.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Microsoft Office (Required): Strong Excel (manipulating/digesting data) and basic PowerPoint (putting consolidated pipeline updates into presentable decks).
• CRM: General CRM familiarity is required; Salesforce.com (SFDC) is strongly preferred.
• Tableau / Reporting Systems: Nice-to-have, not mandatory (reports are pre-generated by the operations team; candidate just pulls and summarizes the output).
