Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for our New Philadelphia, OH location to join an in-store team. You will greet customers, sell wireless phones and plans, activate lines, and work toward sales targets.

This role offers uncapped commission, health/dental/vision after 90 days, and 401(k) eligibility after 1 year, with paid training and advancement opportunities to Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

This is an in-store retail position- not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in New Philadelphia, OH.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans

• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• $13-$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission
