Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team at the Logan, OH location. This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced wireless environment.

Greet customers, sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid plans, activate new lines, process upgrades, and work toward commission and sales goals. The position offers uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement to Assistant or Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

This is an in-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in Logan, OH.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features

What We’re Looking For:
