Job summary

Delphos Wireless is an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. This position focuses on greeting customers, selling wireless phones and plans, activating lines, and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer uncapped commissions with additional benefits.

This is an in-store role (not remote). Weekend availability is required, and opportunities for advancement to leadership roles are available after

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.

This is an in-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals

• $12–$17 per hour (based on experience)
