Job summary

Delphos Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team at the Logan, OH location. This is an in-store position with uncapped commission, focusing on selling wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid plans while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll greet customers, activate lines, process upgrades, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment. This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in Logan, OH.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monday–Sunday
