Job summary

Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, seeks a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join in-store. You will greet customers, sell wireless devices, activate lines, and meet sales targets while upselling accessories. This role offers uncapped commission, health/dental/vision after 90 days, 401(k) after 1 year, and paid training. Schedule includes weekends, full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Weekend availability required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans.
• Activate new lines and process upgrades.
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals.
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features.
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking.
