Job summary

Delphos Wireless is actively seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for our New Philadelphia, OH store. You will greet customers, sell wireless phones and plans, activate lines, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers uncapped commission, on-site training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team culture. Weekend availability is required and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals.

This is an in-store retail position- not remote or telemarketing. The position is for the store location in New Philadelphia, OH.
