Kowboy Fence Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a driven Field Sales professional to grow sales in the Knoxville area and surrounding markets. You will meet with clients, assess projects, and present transparent estimates for premium fencing solutions.

This role offers uncapped commission with a strong earning potential, plus a provided work vehicle, gas card, and full benefits. You will leverage HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline and collaborate with operations teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed estimates and proposals.
• Build long-term client relationships and seek referrals.
• Manage daily activities and follow up using HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams from contract to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Consultations: Meet directly with potential residential and commercial clients to assess their property, take measurements, and recommend the best fencing products and solutions.
• Quote & Close: Prepare and deliver detailed, transparent estimates and project proposals with confidence.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure premium customer satisfaction and earn referrals.
• Pipeline Tracking: Manage daily sales activities, document leads, and execute timely follow-ups using HubSpot CRM.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract to completion.
  

Qualifications

• Drive & Ambition: Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit goals and maximize your uncapped earning potential.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You can build rapport quickly with anyone.
• Industry Experience (A Plus): Prior background in construction, roofing, home improvement, or building materials is highly valued, but we will train the right motivated individual.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using or learning CRM systems (HubSpot) and estimation software.
• Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred); a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory to operate the company vehicle.
