Job summary

Kowboy Fence Company is seeking a Location Manager for our Huntsville, AL office. This full-time, on-site leadership role owns the customer experience, results, and overall location success.

You'll be the face of Kowboy Fence in the market, guiding a team and ensuring projects run on time with top-tier service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or leadership, excels at building relationships, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, project management, or a leadership role.
• A natural ability to build relationships and keep customers coming back.
• Strong communication skills and a cool head under pressure.
• Experience in construction, fencing, or the trades is a major plus.
• A bias toward action — you don't wait to be told, you make things happen.

Responsibilities

• The customer relationship — from first call to final walkthrough, you're the person they trust
• Customer communication — keeping clients informed, updated, and confident throughout their project
• Day-to-day operations — you're accountable for how your location runs, making sure the team, the jobs, and the moving pieces are all working together
• Problem-solving — when issues come up (and they will), you handle them with professionalism and speed
• Team leadership — you set the tone for how your location shows up every day
• Location performance — you track the numbers, report to leadership, and push for continuous improvement
• Quality assurance — making sure every job that goes out the door meets the Kowboy Fence standard
