Job summary

Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles and close worthy deals in a fast-paced environment.

This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential with a $3,000 monthly guarantee for new hires and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll build lasting customer relationships while representing a trusted Lithia brand with ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Provide professional product presentations to customers
• Demonstrate vehicles and accompany customers on test drives

• Schedule customer appointments daily
• Assist with write-ups to ensure a smooth experience
