Job summary

Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. You’ll perform routine lubrication tasks, assist technicians, and help maintain a clean, safe shop environment while upholding Lithia’s quality standards.

Pay starts at $17 per flat rate hour with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (8:00 am–5:00 pm). We value a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dependable attendance in a fast-paced dealership setting in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Ensure customers' vehicles are returned clean as they were prior to service.
• Complete all required training.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing necessary training.

What You'll Do
