Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is currently hiring a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will gain hands-on experience, build skills, and grow within a well-established dealership. Pay is $17.00 per flat rate hour and the schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will perform work per repair orders, diagnose causes, road-test vehicles, record labor, and maintain a clean workspace. A valid driver's license and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifikationen

• Basic mechanical knowledge or previous automotive experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.
• Ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary training.
