Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls is hiring a Sales Representative to join our dealership team. You will greet customers, present vehicles, and guide them through the buying process with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will enter inquiries into our CRM, schedule appointments, and stay informed about current pricing and promotions. Weekend availability is required, and walk-in interviews are encouraged with resumes in hand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service required.
• Dealership automotive sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality with ability to guide customers.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Gather customer contact information and enter into CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Build knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
