Universal Windows Direct is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to present and close home improvement solutions directly with customers in their homes. You will deliver trusted, needs-based presentations using our proven sales process, while earning a paid training salary and uncapped commissions.

Top performers can reach $150K+ annually, with warm leads and elite training to accelerate your income and career growth at UWD.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn Universal Windows Direct's product line through in-person and virtual training.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Sales, commission-based roles, lead generation, home improvement industry, teaching/public speaking or customer service experience favored.

• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
