Huntington Beach Hyundai, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking sales professionals with open availability to join our high-volume Hyundai dealership in Huntington Beach, CA. The position offers a commission-based pay plan with an estimated annual earnings range of $48,200 to $158,700.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience at an automotive dealership.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle models, trims, and attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options and service programs available.
• Complete follow ups and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store management system(s).
• Stay up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories; attend product training courses.
• Report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

Business Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am-8pm; Sun: 10am - 7pm

What You’ll Do

• Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
• Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
• Complete follow up’s and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
• You’ll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written & vocal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200-$158,700.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
