Job summary

WestGroupe is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for a full-time position in the El Paso, TX / New Mexico territory. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, delivering presentations, and negotiating terms of sale.

This role requires minimum two years in outside sales, travel within the territory, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Experience in optical or fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in the optical or fashion industry is a plus.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to engage and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Travel and car required.
