Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team in El Paso. You will be one of the first contacts for prospective clients, qualify leads, and guide them through the initial legal intake process while delivering excellent service.

With strong customer service skills and sales acumen, you will communicate the value of our legal services, support the sales goals, and collaborate with the intake and attorney teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete high-volume client communications via phone, email, and online channels to explain services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine prospective clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process. We welcome your excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and your ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.
