Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Rockwall is seeking a Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team. You will be one of the first contacts for prospective clients, evaluating and qualifying leads and guiding them through the initial intake process.

We value excellent customer service, strong sales acumen, and the ability to communicate the value of our family law and probate services. Full-time role with a friendly, business casual environment and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake role or similar customer-facing sales.
• HS diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-volume client communication via phone, email, and online channels to explain our legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Suite and CRM (HubSpot).
• Handle administrative tasks: data entry, prepare/send documents, lead reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding leads.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.

We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble. Key Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and or exceed sales goals.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
