Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Abilene is seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team. You will be among the first contacts for prospective clients, qualify leads, and guide them through initial intake while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar customer-facing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, explaining our legal services.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Handle all administrative tasks timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.
