Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan seeks a friendly Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Houston Intake team. You will be among the first contacts for prospective clients, qualifying leads and guiding them through the initial intake process with excellent customer service.

With 2+ years in legal intake or client-facing sales, you will meet sales goals, coordinate with attorneys, and use HubSpot or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake or customer-service focused role.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume client communications via phone, email, and online channels to explain legal services.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and identify potential clients’ legal needs; schedule attorney appointments for qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite; experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Perform administrative tasks: data entry, sending documents, lead conversion reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding leads.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process. We welcome your excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and your ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.

We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
