Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Representative in Training in the Detroit area. You will drive sales across convenience store customers, manage territories, and promote our foodservice and programs.

This role starts with a competitive salary and uncapped commission potential as you build your territory. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort with travel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success.
• Experience with travel & time management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Detail-oriented and independent.
• Strong communication and presentations.
• MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit margins through sales strategy and territory management.
• Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts.
• Educate customers on programs, promotions, policies, service, delivery.
• Review reports with store manager and assist opportunities.
• Minimizes AR by monitoring credit terms.
• Maintain awareness of pricing trends in territory.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and channels.
• Participate in industry events and networking.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
