CoStar Group, a leading real estate information provider, seeks a Regional Director, Sales for Dallas to drive growth in the region by selling new subscriptions and expanding existing revenue, while leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.

You will coach field teams, manage key accounts, ensure customer retention, and partner with product and marketing to maximize renewal rates and product adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly managing 6+ sales professionals and leading a high-performing team.
• Experience handling a recurring revenue book of business > $10M annually.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Grow regional revenues and exceed annual sales targets.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage sales personnel to meet quotas.
• Spend 3–4 days weekly in the field coaching the team and improving effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain major client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Monitor performance, pipelines, and activity in the CRM system.
• Set individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor team members and reinforce CoStar culture and values.
