Job summary

CoStar Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Regional Director of Sales for CoStar Data & Analytics. You will lead a high-performing regional sales team, drive new subscription revenue, expand existing accounts, and ensure top-tier customer service and renewal rates.

This role requires 5+ years in sales leadership, managing 6+ reps, and a proven track record growing a multi-million dollar book in a fast-paced, consultative environment. A Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of experience managing 6+ sales professionals and leading a high-performing sales team.
• Experience managing a recurring revenue book of business over $10 million annually.
• Experience leading sales efforts in a fast-paced, consultative sales model.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional revenues and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
• Attract, hire, develop, motivate and manage high-impact salespeople while meeting quotas.
• Spend 3–4 days per week in the field coaching and training to boost sales effectiveness.
• Develop and manage key client relationships and major accounts in the market.
• Monitor sales performance and CRM activity to ensure targets and standards are met.
• Set individual and team performance targets aligned with business goals.
• Mentor all team members and reinforce CoStar culture and values.
