Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Apartments.com in San Diego, CA to lead growth in multifamily marketing and Market Analytics. You will oversee a team, sell new advertising and information subscriptions, and expand revenue from existing clients while delivering exceptional service.

You will coach in the field, drive renewal rates, and develop market credibility for our brand through ongoing industry expertise and customer-centric strategies.

Qualifications

• Front-line sales leadership experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Experience managing 5+ employees and $1M+ annual revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-impact salespeople to meet quotas.
• Spend 3-4 days weekly in the field coaching sales teams.
• Identify and win new client relationships; grow existing accounts.
• Monitor performance and manage CRM activity and pipelines.
• Develop and mentor team; uphold CoStar culture and values.
